The foundation
Learning business from the front line
Early retail leadership roles built practical fluency in sales, customer experience, employee development, merchandising, inventory management and operational accountability.
Professional journey
The technology has changed. The underlying work has not: understand the problem, develop the people, improve the process, build the system, measure the outcome, and keep improving.
The foundation
Early retail leadership roles built practical fluency in sales, customer experience, employee development, merchandising, inventory management and operational accountability.
Regional leadership & training
At Wireless Made Simple, responsibilities expanded into regional leadership and corporate training. Work included support across as many as 20 locations and more than 50 facilitated sales-training sessions covering customer engagement, selling skills, product knowledge and performance improvement.
Enterprise wireless leadership
Leadership roles with AT&T Mobility and T-Mobile covered P&L management, staffing, recruiting, labor planning, inventory, customer experience, operational controls and performance management. At AT&T, Salesforce supported customer, account and sales workflows. At T-Mobile, Power BI dashboards were used to analyze sales, conversion, customer-experience, labor, inventory and execution trends. One understaffed operation was rebuilt and stabilized, with documented performance exceeding 150% of targeted quota.
Technology became leverage
Questions about repetitive tasks, disconnected information and missed opportunities led to deeper work in CRM design, workflow automation and business systems. At T-Mobile, a custom CRM solution was built and implemented to organize customer information, sales opportunities, follow-up activity and team execution, creating greater visibility and consistency across the sales process.
Entrepreneurship & applied AI
LSCG applies lessons from sales, operations, customer experience, employee development, technology and process improvement to business problems solved through better systems and practical implementation. Work includes CRM architecture, workflow automation, AI-assisted operations, system-of-record design, QA controls, exception handling, process safeguards and implementation planning. AI is approached as an operating tool: where can it reduce friction, improve consistency and help people make better decisions?
What I’m building
Over the past year, my work has expanded far beyond simply using AI.
I’ve been building across consulting, SaaS, automation, CRM, customer communication, AI governance, digital infrastructure, and personal brand systems.
The common thread is how I approach the work:
Understand the problem. Design the workflow. Choose the right technology. Automate what makes sense. Measure the result.

People. Systems. Technology. Opportunity.
Turning ideas into systems, and systems into progress.

02A small-business communication system focused on lead response, follow-up, customer engagement, and simpler workflows.
03A practical AI-governance approach built around assessments, evidence systems, accountability, and responsible AI adoption.
04Think faster. Build smarter.
Ideas turned into end-to-end solutions.
Practical tools. Real results.
Reduce repetitive work.
Connect what matters.
Flexible. Scalable.
Structured for growth.
Turn ideas into capabilities.
From concept to experience.
Technology with judgment.

I don’t believe technology should make work more complicated.
The goal is to use the right systems, in the right places, to create better outcomes for people and businesses.
Different projects. Different problems. One operating philosophy: make work simpler, more reliable, and more useful.
Whether the need is business process improvement, AI adoption, automation, workflow design, or simply figuring out what should come next, I’m always interested in meaningful conversations around better ways to work.

Earlier Service
My professional foundation began in the U.S. Navy, where I learned early that strong performance depends on discipline, accountability, preparation, clear roles, and trust between people doing interdependent work. Those principles stayed with me as I moved into sales, operations, leadership, training, and entrepreneurship. Military service also gave me an early appreciation for systems: standards matter, details matter, communication matters, and small breakdowns can create much larger operational consequences. That mindset has continued to shape how I approach teams, customer experience, process improvement, technology, and business execution. The industries have changed, but the foundation has not: understand the mission, know your responsibility, support the people around you, and execute with consistency.
