Professional journey

A career made at the intersection of people, performance and continuous improvement.

The technology has changed. The underlying work has not: understand the problem, develop the people, improve the process, build the system, measure the outcome, and keep improving.

The foundation

Learning business from the front line

Early retail leadership roles built practical fluency in sales, customer experience, employee development, merchandising, inventory management and operational accountability.

Regional leadership & training

Turning objectives into execution

At Wireless Made Simple, responsibilities expanded into regional leadership and corporate training. Work included support across as many as 20 locations and more than 50 facilitated sales-training sessions covering customer engagement, selling skills, product knowledge and performance improvement.

Enterprise wireless leadership

Leading the operation, not just the sales floor

Leadership roles with AT&T Mobility and T-Mobile covered P&L management, staffing, recruiting, labor planning, inventory, customer experience, operational controls and performance management. One understaffed operation was rebuilt and stabilized, with documented performance exceeding 150% of targeted quota.

Technology became leverage

Better systems for real work

Questions about repetitive tasks, disconnected information and missed opportunities led to deeper work in CRM design, workflow automation and business systems.
